It’s one thing to read one of the many books about how Sir Richard Branson thinks and acts, but it’s another thing altogether to actually implement his strategies. The gap between most people and Richard Branson has a lot to do with having the right mindset.

The bus is a great metaphor because it depicts how influential the inner dialogue is in steering our lives. In fact, it’s probably having a conversation with you right now as you read this email.

The key question is: Does your inner dialogue empower you or sabotage you?
